We talk about how you are feeling and your mental health concerns (such as anxiety, depression, stress, and more). We also discuss your hopes for therapy.

Regular sessions are typically weekly or every other week depending on what you need and what is therapeutic for you.
For the purpose of super-bills, our session times are based on the insurance allowable of time per session.One hour (53-59 mins) | $215

Special fee agreements are designed to improve access to mental health care. They are intended to provide flexibility and accommodate clients who may be experiencing financial hardship or unique situations. A limited number of these spots are available. Please contact us for more information.

Case management focuses on tasks that support a client’s overall care outside of therapy sessions. This service may include:
• Communicating with external providers or agencies.
• Assisting with referrals and follow-ups.
• Writing reports, letters, or summaries upon the client’s request.
• Completing assessments or other documentation (for example FMLA for long term clients).
• Coordinating resources to address specific needs.
Please note this service is not covered by insurance, so super-bills are not provided for this service.

• Navigating complex cases.
• Exploring therapeutic approaches.
• Improving clinical skills.

• Communicating with medical providers or specialists as a treatment care team.
